All reservation requests made online are contingent upon Rush-No-More RV/Tent Site or Cabin availability and will be confirmed by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. If you have NOT received your confirmation after 24 hours please make sure to check your SPAM folder and/or mark RUSHNOMORE.com as "NOT SPAM". If after checking your spam folder you still have not received a confirmation from us please call our office at 605-347-2916.

RV & TENT SITE NON-RALLY RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY*

All RV and Tent Sites require non-refundable first night deposit at time of reservation. No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay.

LUXURY & SPA SITE CANCELLATIONS*

Luxury and Spa Sites reservations require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged 10 days prior to arrival.

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ARRIVAL!

CABIN CANCELLATIONS*

All Cabin reservations require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICIES

* Holiday/Peak Season including but not limited to Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Special Events (Other than Bike Rally).

For tent sites and regular RV sites: First Night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.

Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to first night or will be charged for full stay.

NO EXCEPTIONS / NO REFUNDS!

For Cabins, Spa and Luxury Sites: 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

Cancellations MUST be made by phone or email at least 30 days before scheduled arrival date or will be charged for full stay… NO EXCEPTIONS / NO REFUNDS!

No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We have a very short summer season and a limited number of slots so we depend on your reservation!
