All reservation requests made online are contingent upon Rush-No-More RV/Tent Site or Cabin availability and will be confirmed by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. If you have NOT received your confirmation after 24 hours please make sure to check your SPAM folder and/or mark RUSHNOMORE.com as "NOT SPAM". If after checking your spam folder you still have not received a confirmation from us please call our office at 605-347-2916.

THE NOT SO SMALL SMALL PRINT ABOUT OUR STURGIS MOTOCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION POLICY!

Any reservation is a contractual agreement between you and us.

When we reserve an RV site, tent site or cabin for you for the time of the Sturgis Bike Rally, we actually take it off the market for the time-frame you reserved. Even though we may have subsequent requests from other prospective campers for your site and on the same dates you have already reserved, we save the site just for you – even if it means turning those other customers away. In fairness to all of our campers and to strive to keep prices affordable, as/so all of our cancellation rules and policies stated below will be fully enforced.

By making a reservation online or by phone you agree to these posted Cancellation Policies.

STURGIS RALLY AND (PRE-RALLY*) RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL RALLY RESERVATIONS require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit that will be charged at the time reservation is made. The remaining balance will be charged on January 1st and all monies received are NON-REFUNDABLE after January 1st of Rally Year.

We have a very short summer season and a limited number of slots so we depend on your reservation!
