Reservation & Cancellation Policies:
RALLY RESERVATIONS: effective August 6th to August 15th, 2010
For Tent sites and regular RV sites: $100 + tax deposit per site. Remaining balance
will be charged to your card on May 1st, 2010. Deposits are 80% refundable until January 1st, 2010.
Deposits are not refundable after January 1st, 2010.
For Luxury sites, spa sites, and cabins: 50% + tax deposit per site/cabin.
Remaining balance will be charged to your card on May 1st, 2010.

NON-RALLY RESERVATIONS*:
For tents, RV sites, and cabins:
No deposit is required, however we do require a Visa or MasterCard number to hold the space.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours from first night will be charged for first night.
*Holiday/Peak Season dates including but not limited to Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July,
and Labor Day:
Cabins require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to first night.
Tents and RV sites do not require a deposit, however reservations must be guaranteed
with a Visa or MasterCard. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to first night,
or will be charged for full stay.
